Preparations to receive your Lord

• Prepare to receive your Lord !
  • Listen:

    Mark 13:34-37 It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch. "Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back--whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!'"

    Notice that Jesus commands us to watch because we do not know the hour that He will return (whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn)

    He did not say we would not know the day !!!

    You can only be watching if you are awake - and no humans can stay awake for days....

    So we must know when to start looking because we must stay awake and watch during this time.
